Established in 2014, our company is a diversified, well-capitalized investment office located in Atlanta, Georgia. Since inception, we have sponsored over $1 billion in commercial real estate development activity while investing opportunistically in wholly owned real estate and strategic limited partnerships. We currently have 65 active commercial real estate assets located throughout the United States and have divested more than 46 CRE investments. Our firm’s diverse investor base and keen analytical skills enable us to identify and quickly explore market opportunities, which outside of CRE include direct Private Equity Investments, liquid Public Assets and various Private Debt and Equity Funds. Underlying all of this is our firm’s main objective, to build an investment portfolio focused on longer-term capital appreciation and value-added opportunities that funds a Private Foundation for its charitable endeavors.
