Description
The ideal candidate will be comfortable communicating with multiple different business units in order to align the goals of different groups to acquire and execute Real Estate Development projects. Once project goals have been established, this candidate will be responsible for conducting due diligence, budgeting, creating timelines, negotiating contracts, securing permits and approvals, organizing project teams and running meetings.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with senior management, employees, design team, contractors and local teams to ensure project goals are on track and being executed.
- Assist in a variety of areas such as conducting due diligence, budgeting and creating timelines

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Architecture, Engineering or other related fields.
- 3 years of management experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Project, Word, etc..)
- Strong organizational and communication skills
