CompStak is looking for its first Director of Real Estate Intelligence to develop and curate CompStak Research, providing best-in-class insights on the commercial real estate (CRE) market, built upon CompStak's unique commercial lease, sale and property data set. This role is an exciting opportunity for anyone looking to build and manage a CRE research team that accelerates CompStak's user growth with compelling research content.

Responsibilities
-Lead CompStak's research content strategy from ideation to release
-Publish data-driven research for marketing content, targeting CRE brokers, appraisers, researchers, investors and lenders
-Support PR requests and engage the media with unique data and insights for compelling stories
-Serve as the face of CompStak by speaking at conferences, on webinars, and generally championing CompStak's thought leadership initiatives

Skills and Qualifications:
- 10+ years professional experience in CRE research
- Solid knowledge of macro and micro CRE market dynamics
- Ability to synthesize data and create compelling content
- Strong MS Excel and presentation skills - BA/BS required; relevant graduate degrees a plus
