Dayton Street Partners is a private equity commercial real estate company focused on the acquisition and development of infill industrial properties throughout the United States.
Responsibilities
Dayton Street Partners is seeking an Associate who will be primarily responsible for supporting Acquisitions team for the company with additional support to Asset Management.
The Candidate must be able to:

- Underwrite new acquisition and development opportunities
- Manage a significant portion of the due diligence process
- Model investment structures
- Participate in due diligence, construction and transaction support
- Prepare investment offering books for equity and debt
- Review and comment on configurations/site layouts of development acquisitions
- Assist in the preparation of offer to purchase letters
- Support the preparation of annual operating budgets and business plans for existing assets
- Periodically value owned assets
- Support the hold, sell or refinance analysis of existing assets
- Support monthly/quarterly investor reporting
- Interface with existing Tenants, lenders and investors
- BA or BS degree required (Finance, Accounting, Economics or Real Estate)
- 2+ years commercial real estate or banking experience, finance, accounting, leasing and capital markets understanding
- Proficient in Argus, Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Access
- Experience with discounted cash flow modeling
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong communication skills
