JOB DESCRIPTION:

You’ll be joining a high-producing, busy team and will be working directly with a team of leasing professionals to provide transaction support, including revenue coordination, deal analytics, project management, and client services. The team is seeking an intelligent, energetic, analytical, and self-starting individual who isn’t afraid to tackle projects both big and small.

To succeed in this role, you must be passionate about supporting a team and have an appetite for learning, growing, and improving. You must have analytical and organizational experience and the ability to be creative and think outside of the box. You must also be able to work efficiently with limited and/or general supervision.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

  1. TRANSACTION SERVICES/ REVENUE MANAGEMENT
  • Manage day to day team transaction operations; including invoicing, accounts receivable, revenue transmittal, coordination with NMRK revenue department, maintenance of proper records and reporting, contracts, etc.
  • Manage deal pipeline; including deal tracking, timeline, and forecasting spreadsheets
  • Oversee team operating budget
  1. ANALYSIS
  • Analyzes the financial structure of proposed transactions (tenant and landlord perspective cash flows, net effective rent analysis, budget comparisons, sublease recovery, termination scenarios, etc.)
  • May coordinate financial analysis matters with other departments, locations and divisions.
  1. PROJECT MANAGEMENT/ CLIENT SUPPORT
  • Interact and collaborate with leasing team brokers, research analysts and, graphics team members in order to streamline deal flow and leasing transaction process.
  • Participates in the formulation and strategy for marketing properties and expanding business.
  • Determines data requirements and provides direction within the leasing team as well as Research, Financial Analysis, Marketing, and other departments as needed.
  • Manage RFP/RFI response, including content gathering & coordination with brokerage team, corporate proposals team, & other associated parties as needed.
  • Regularly interfaces with clients directly to help enhance and expand business relationships while resolving issues and providing marketing, research, analytics, or other information as requested, along with effective and consistent customer service.

SKILLS, EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Business, Finance, or related field preferred (commensurate experience may be considered)
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in the Real Estate industry, commercial preferred
  • Advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills
  • Experience utilizing CRM systems (Salesforce, etc.)
  • Demonstrates problem solving, decision making, and analytical skills
  • Ability to prioritize, and manage multiple tasks, and meet stringent deadlines
  • Must possess excellent oral, written and interpersonal skills; Ability to speak clearly and persuasively, as well as listen and respond well to inquiries. 
  • Able to work cohesively in a team environment
  • Able to maintain confidentiality and integrity of data being reviewed by internal and external clients
