Description
Manhattan based boutique real estate capital advisory firm is seeking a talented senior real estate associate / analyst with a proven track record in commercial real estate. Requirements of the position include:
- Proficiency and significant experience in capital structuring, modeling and valuation;
- Working knowledge of the equity and debt capital markets;
- Relationships with equity and debt capital providers and good “street contacts” a plus;
- Proficiency in Argus and Excel and strong financial/analytical skills;
- Highly developed verbal and written communications skills; and
- “Team player” who is a “self-starter” and comfortable in a fast-paced and entrepreneurial environment.
