Description


Essential Duties:

  • Create, edit and maintain investor presentations and other marketing materials by making timely updates.
  • Prepare DDQs and related due diligence requests.
  • Assist in developing and updating private placement memorandums. 
  • Support the Investor Relations and Capital Raising teams.
  • Work collaboratively with the investment team, accounting, finance, and compliance to respond to investor inquiries and to develop other materials.
  • Facilitate completion of ad hoc investor requests. 
  • Coordinate materials for upcoming investor meetings.
  • Maintain, update and post files to the investor data portal.
  • Proactively assist the team with ongoing projects.
  • Additional duties, as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Real Estate or related field.
  • 0-3 years of experience in fixed income, real estate, or investment management reporting.
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, particularly in Excel and PowerPoint. 
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills. 
  • Willing to work onsite in the New York office and show proof of COVID vaccination.
  • Qualifications may warrant placement in different job title.
