Curb Capital is a boutique investment sales brokerage firm based in NYC.
We are looking to expand and bring in talented & ambitious investment sales agents. You will be trained & mentored by the president of the company for all real estate matters. You will have exclusive day to day access to senior leadership and a direct landline for all your meetings and all investment inquiries. By joining a boutique company that recently launched, you will have the opportunity to rapidly rise the ranks to a senior level position.
The investment sales associate will work on multi-family, retail, mixed-use, office, and development site transactions in the tri-state area that range from $1M-$100M. We are looking for someone that is money motivated and able to communicate effectively with high level building operators to initiate deal flow. Other responsibilities include understanding the real estate market, negotiating deal prices, and cultivating relationships with active New York investors, lenders, & attorneys.
Prior real estate experience is preferred but not required. The opportunity is commission only with unlimited earning potential. A typical investment sales agent can expect to make $100k in Year 1 with upside to $250k by Years 2 & 3. We offer favorable commission splits. The position is remote based but candidates need to have ability to go to meetings frequently in the NYC area.
