JOB SUMMARY

Under general supervision, contributes to the development, maintenance, and enhancement of client systems and assists in the development of new features.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Leads the solution analysis, design, and rollout of D365.
• Architects, and tests Microsoft Dynamics 365 Field Services system implementation.
• Serves as overall technical point of contact for Microsoft Dynamics 365 implementation.
• Involved in envisioning and designing the future state Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform.
• Defines product requirements and creates high-level architectural specifications, ensuring feasibility, functionality, and integration with existing systems/platforms.
• Serves as liaison between business and technology to develop technical strategies and roadmaps. Creates high-level architectural specifications, ensuring feasibility, functionality, and integration with existing systems/platforms.
• Assists with designing and tuning systems for scalability, performance, and high availability.
• Works with development teams to establish methodologies and standard development practices. Mentors other team members in new tools and technologies.
Assists with documenting development requirements for database, applications, and operating system environment.
• Assists with future-proofing the overall solution architecture for the platform and 3rd party integrations.
• Responsible for initial system design and development of new software or extensive software enhancements.
• Considered the expert in all aspects of designing and application development for a particular application.
• May provide consultation or input on complex projects and is considered to be the top level contributor/specialist for a particular application or technology.
• May guide a team of resources through the project to completion.
• Performs code and quality reviews and/or input/advice to other developers regarding their deliverables. Provides input into long-term roadmaps or initiatives and designs.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
• No formal supervisory responsibilities in this position.
• Coordinates and assigns tasks to co-workers within a work unit and/or project team.
• Leads project teams and/or plan and supervise assignments of lower-level employees.
• May have responsibility for identifying training needs, tracking performance, coaching, and motivating a work unit and/or group.
• May have responsibility for assessing the quality of others' work products.

Provides direction to Technical Product Managers and Senior Product Managers on implementation approach and future state vision.

EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE

10+ YOE
  • Must have strong (hands-on) technical skills on MS Dynamics 365.
  • Must have experience configuring Model Driven Apps for Dynamics 365. 3 implementations minimum. 5-7+ implementations preferred.
  • PowerApps Architect that is extremely proficient in Microsoft's Power Platform with an emphasis on PowerApps and integration within the M365 ecosystem and Microsoft Dataverse.
  • Should have solid experience in Power Apps (Canvas, Model-Driven, and Portals), Power Automate
  • Architecture experience in PowerApps & Power Automate Excellent UI design skill and hands-on experience in Designing entities in PowerApps.
  • Should have solid experience in Power Automate Workflow, Expression, Functions, and Variables
  • Solid experience in identifying optimal Security Models, Views, Forms, Tables, Relationships, and Business logic in Dataverse
  • Microsoft Power Portals administration, implementation, customizations, development, and usage
  • Good exposure to Business process Flow and Approval Flow
  • Good exposure to Data Verse and integration to Dynamics 365.
  • Experience Using API custom connectors within PowerApps.
  • Experience Developing Custom components for PowerApps.
  • Microsoft Power Portals administration, implementation, customizations, development, and usage Good Experience in the development of Business Process Flow and Approval Flow.
  • Hands-on Experience in embedding PowerApps in Dynamics 365 and custom applications.
  • Understanding of Power Apps security capabilities, including Role-based authorization.
  • Microsoft Certification in PowerApps, Experience with Field Services module will be an added advantage

Requires expert level analytical and quantitative skills with proven experience in developing strategic solutions for a growing matrix-based multi-industry sales environment. Draws upon the analysis of others and makes recommendations of significance to the operation.
